Job summary

Converse San Clemente is seeking a energetic Retail Supervisor to lead guest experiences and keep our store looking inspiring. You’ll mentor associates, manage daily operations and ensure every customer leaves with the right product and a smile.

The role is part-time (25 hours per week), includes nights, weekends and holidays as needed, and offers product discounts, employee events, and growth opportunities as part of Nike, Inc.’s Converse family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
