Job summary

Converse, Inc. in San Clemente, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to drive customer service and store operations, delivering the in-store experience Converse is known for.

You will lead by example, support teammates, and ensure a welcoming environment for every customer. The role requires at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience, 18+ years of age, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
