Job summary

Converse San Clemente is seeking an empowered Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach teammates, manage day-to-day cash and merchandising, and ensure our brand standards shine across floor sets, visual displays, and service interactions.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a readiness to learn about new products and technologies while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
