Job summary

Nike Factory Store Livermore is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on top-notch customer service and in-store experience.

You will manage daily operations, assist customers, operate the POS, and ensure visual standards while driving the Nike service culture. The role requires 1 year in retail or consumer service and is open to those 18+ with flexible hours.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles.
• Provide excellent customer experience and guide customers through their journey in-store.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stocking, and building visual displays.
