Job summary

What You Will Do

Schedule, distribute and control work assignments to provide smooth flow of both priority and routine tasks to ensure efficient utilization of personnel and production requirements are met on a timely basis. Provide timely solutions to operational problems and delivery concerns, and work closely with all other functions to ensure demand is met by solving operational problems and eliminating bottlenecks. Responsible for ensuring that executable plans are in place to meet deliverables and that actions/milestones are occurring as planned. Act proactively to ensure a safe work environment and promote safe work habits through formal audits and continuous contact with the shop floor. Ensure the team members are engaged and take an active role in identifying training needs and coaching employees. Conduct performance reviews, lead coaching discussions, participate in hiring activities and resolve employee concerns. Coordinate overtime and vacation planning to ensure adequate coverage during shift. Participate and support CORE related activities and drive CORE initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
