RXO is seeking a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations to lead our team in a fast-paced transportation network. You will assign tasks, coach associates, and monitor daily efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards across the last mile process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group performance.
• Instruct on equipment use and maintenance; enforce housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, including levels and reconciliations.
• Resolve problems to maximize associate productivity.

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.What your day-to-day will look like:Assign work activities and monitor group activitiesInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirementsMonitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and suppliesOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programsManage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliationAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performanceAt a minimum, you’ll need:2 years of experience in a supervisory role5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportationExperience with Microsoft OfficeIt’d be great if you also have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong math skills and solid analytical abilityOutstanding interpersonal and leadership skillsThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 50 lbs.Does this sound like you?
