Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor in North Las Vegas to lead a team, drive productivity, and uphold safety and quality in daily operations. You will assign work, monitor activities, and ensure availability of tools and inventory to support on-time performance.

Qualifications include 2 years of supervisory experience, 5 years in logistics/transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment, procedures and housekeeping.

• Manage inventory and reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize productivity.

Compensation for this role is 50,000-60,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As theLast Mile Operations Supervisorat RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity,exhibitprofessionalismand strive to be error free.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assign work activities andmonitorgroup activities

• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements

• Monitor andmaintainavailability of tools,materialsand supplies

• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs

• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation

• Assistwith resolving problems to ensuremaximumassociate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a minimum,you’llneed:

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

• 5 years of experience inlogisticsand/or transportation

• Experience with Microsoft Office

It’dbe great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
