About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team in growing our company brand, manage store operations, build a sales and service culture, and deliver best‑in‑class service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members, enhancing product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be 21years of age or older.
• Walk, bend, and stand for 8‑10hours a day.
• Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50lbs overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
