Job summary

Lennox is seeking an IT Education Lead in Richardson, TX, to oversee day-to-day activities of IT education staff responsible for creating, testing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive training programs. You will coordinate with HR and facilities, manage training licenses, and drive content creation and dissemination across IT teams.

• Requires at least 5 years related experience. Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids.

• Excellent classroom presentation skills.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.
• Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $85,000 - $111,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
