This role involves supervising staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, and promoting a collaborative work environment. The Rehabilitation Supervisor works closely with Rehab leadership to implement policies and procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize departmental efficiency.**Pay Range**Minimum $110,094 Midpoint $145,870 Maximum $181,626*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum of two (2) years supervisor/lead experience.• Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in licensed discipline desired.**Education**• Required: Master's degree or Doctoral degree in, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.**Training**• Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
