This includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.**Pay Range**Minimum $45.72 Midpoint $60.58 Maximum $75.43*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**\* Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience.\* Preferred: Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics.**Education**\* Required: Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy Program.\* Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related field.**Specialized Skills**\* Required: Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
