The scope of responsibility includes recruiting, staffing, operational flow, and facilitation of billing and revenue cycle management.**Pay Range**Minimum $140,504 Midpoint $186,181 Maximum $231,837*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum five (5) years of experience as RN in an outpatient environment. Experience with third party payers including Medi-Cal and CCS.• Preferred: Previous experience in a pediatric ambulatory care setting.**Education**• Required: Bachelor's degree - candidates with a degree in progress will be considered. **Training**• Required: Knowledge of JCAHO, CDPH and CCS regulations.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction.
