While working collaboratively with nursing staff, effectively communicates and assists with patient and family needs. The Unit Assistant provides exceptional family centered customer service by promptly greeting and assisting all staff, patients, family members, and visitors with courtesy, concern and respect.**Pay Range**Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $23.00 Maximum $24.00*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Previous administrative work experience.• Preferred: Previous work experience in health care environment.**Education**• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.**Training**• Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
