This hands-on leadership role thrives in a family-like, resident-centered environment where you will supervise shifts, coordinate care, and uphold safety and documentation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in assisted living, family care home, memory care, or healthcare
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Medication administration experience
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
