The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) in Sacramento is seeking a Data Validation Supervisor to oversee the DVAM unit within the Data Performance Analysis Branch. You will supervise staff, organize workloads, hire, and evaluate personnel while ensuring reporting accuracy and reliability of data.
You will review outgoing publications, reports, and data, set goals, manage resources, and report results to management. This is a permanent, full-time role with telework options.

The Supervisor I will be responsible for all aspects of supervising and managing the Data Validation and Application Management(DVAM) Unit within the Data Performance Analysis Branch (DPAB). This includes reviewing, analyzing, and verifying all program statistics and data; managing functions including staff supervision, hiring, organizing workloads and duties, and staff evaluations. The Supervisor I sets goals, manages resources to achieve these goals, and reports the results to management. This position's functions include reviewing all outgoing correspondence, publications, reports, and data for reporting accuracy, capability, and reliability.
