The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division (DMD) is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge-seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem solving, and is interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Under the general supervision of a Key Data Supervisor III (KDS III), the Key Data Supervisor I (KDS I) instructs and supervises the work of a group of Key Data Operators (KDOs) involved in the input of remittance and non-remittance data into multiple systems. This position is a working supervisor and the incumbent is required to help process the workloads and verify data that has been previously entered/imaged into the system(s). The incumbent must monitor the performance of their staff in terms of both production and accuracy. The incumbent participates in the testing process of new/current workloads/systems. Due to strict processing time frames, the incumbent may be required to work overtime or a fluctuating schedule. The incumbent must have strong organizational and communication abilities (written and verbal) to support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities.
