Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Supervisor for Goshen College in Goshen, IN. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with some weekends.

The ideal candidate has prior culinary/foodservice experience and strong customer service. You will oversee front end production, follow opening procedures, manage cash drawers, ensure safety standards, and support management with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.

Requirements:

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required

• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
