Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Supervisor, Full-Time at Hiram College in Hiram, OH. You will oversee front-end production, follow opening procedures, and ensure safety and cleanliness in daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently (30 pounds occasionally). Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
