Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Dining Supervisor at Goshen College in Goshen, IN. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with some weekends. You will oversee front end operations, lead a team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Dining Supervisor at Goshen College in Goshen, IN. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Some weekends are required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers

Requirements:

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
