Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service.

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
