Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Splicer Supervisor to oversee fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant construction, splicing, and enclosing, with a solid knowledge of network structure and fiber optics. You will supervise teams, review tasks for accuracy, implement processes, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and customers.

Requires an associate degree or 3 years of related experience, prior supervisory experience, and ability to work in the United

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
