Job summary

Gundersen Health System's Emplify Health by Gundersen invites you to join the Environment Services Leadership Team as a Supervisor on-site in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This full-time role oversees a staff of environmental services personnel, driving service quality and enforcing HR oversight to ensure patient and staff safety.

The position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule with PM shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm), rotating weekends/holidays, and a starting salary of $47,500 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists.
• Ensure goals are met in service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department.
• Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services.
• Shift management and scheduling.
• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders and promote those within the department.

What's Available

Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week

Schedule: PMs-typically 2:00pm-10:30pm with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI

Starting salary $47,500 and up, based on your years of experience.
