Gundersen Health System, Emplify Health in La Crosse, WI, seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team, ensure service and quality goals, and oversee HR for the department. You will coordinate daily cleaning, projects, carpet and floor care, waste disposal, and moving services in a healthcare setting.

This full-time, 40-hour role typically runs 6:00am–2:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting salary is $47,500 plus experience-based increases.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Valid Driver's License, Required

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists.
• Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department.
• Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services.
• Shift management and scheduling.
• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department

Conocimientos

Valid Driver's License

Experience in environmental services

Supervisory experience in healthcare

Educación
