A leading company is seeking a Global Operations Supervisor to oversee client service and manage global health information operations. The Global Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and serves as a knowledge expert for the global HIS staff. The role focuses on global operations management, training, and ensuring processes are completed in compliance with established guidelines. This role may also assist leadership with planning, developing, and implementing departmental projects. The role provides support to the Global Health Information Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining workflow, productivity of the global HIS team, and handling escalations.
Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to India for two weeks at least once per quarter.
