Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead caregiving teams in home settings, train staff, and ensure high-quality client care. You will schedule, coach, and support caregivers while monitoring health, safety, and program compliance. You’ll engage clients in daily activities, prepare meals, assist with personal cares, and manage on-call coverage.

Health, dental, vision and 401k benefits are offered. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required to support program needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from programs and training.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff in the home and mentor the team.
• Coordinate training and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Communicate with guardians, case workers, and management.
• Monitor client health and daily activities, assist with cares.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal tasks.
• Handle on-call coverage as needed.
• Report any abuse or rights violations to management.
