Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work with individuals with special needs; willingness to learn.
• Caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen required.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff in the home, providing training and coaching to team.
• Monitor client health and safety; report concerns to management.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and ensure quality client care.
• Manage client funds and liaise with guardians/case workers; maintain confidentiality.
• Report alleged abuse, rights violations, or fraud as required.
• On-call responsibilities as needed.
