Job summary

Homes for Independent Living in Green Bay is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead the direct care team, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality of life for clients in residential settings. You will train, coach, and mentor caregivers; assist clients with activities of daily living; redirect challenging behaviors; and help with cooking and cleaning.
