Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead caregiver teams in home settings in Wisconsin. The role includes staff supervision, training, and ongoing client health monitoring to ensure safe, dignified care.

You will coordinate with guardians, handle client funds, and report any issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. On-call responsibilities and 3 shifts per week are required, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from programs and training classes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff in home settings and provide coaching/mentoring.
• Train and orient new staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor client health and welfare; coordinate with guardians/case workers.
• Manage client funds and report any abuse, rights violations, or fraud to management.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Assist clients with daily tasks and activities; medication administration as needed.
• Prepare meals per dietary guidelines and perform light housekeeping.
• Support with personal cares and on-call duties as required.
• Maintain emergencies and safety protocols; ensure good communication with team.
