Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA is seeking a Supervisor for Diagnostic Imaging to oversee the daily operations of the imaging department on 10‑hour day shifts. The role requires leadership experience and a strong imaging background with licensure and ARRT/ARDMS certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a program in any imaging modality approved by the AMA committee.
• Upon hire: California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Certification from ARRT or ARDMS.
• 3 years experience in an acute care/hospital imaging department.
• Preferred: Advanced qualifications in at least one specialty imaging area.
• Preferred: Supervisory or leadership experience.

Full‑time, 10‑hour day shifts at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a program in any imaging modality approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA.
• Upon hire: California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• 3 years experience in an acute care/hospital imaging department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced qualifications in at least one specialty imaging area.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.

Benefits and Compensation

Base pay range: $59.84 – $94.46 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
