Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is seeking a driven Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production floor team. This role offers ownership of daily operations in a hands-on environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and enjoys leading people.

You will oversee production activities, mentor staff, monitor schedules, enforce safety and OSHA standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a shop foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.
• Ability to lead and develop a production team and hold them accountable.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing production activities to meet output goals and deadlines
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance

• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical drawings, or work orders


• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
