Job summary

Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is seeking a driven Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production floor team. You will oversee production activities, mentor staff, monitor schedules, enforce safety and OSHA standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a shop foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.
• Ability to lead and develop a production team and hold them accountable.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing production activities to meet output goals and deadlines
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and equipment for efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance on the floor
• Identify bottlenecks and quality issues and drive process improvements
• Track production metrics and report to plant management
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams
