Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee custodial operations across multiple locations within the Pender County Schools district in North Carolina. You will lead hourly custodial staff, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure supply levels and safety standards are met.

The role reports to the Account Manager and supports both 1st and 2nd shifts. Preferred candidates will demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal

POSITION SUMMARY:

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to help oversee custodial operations in Pender County Schools between multiple locations within the same school district.

As a Site Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, and work to resolve any issues that need immediate attention. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Supervisor will report to the Account Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Daily work hours may vary.
• Pay dependent on experience and location. Position available immediately.
