Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee custodial operations for Pender County Schools across multiple locations within the district. You will lead hourly staff, communicate with clients daily, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Daily tasks include inspections, staff training, supply level monitoring, and reporting to the Account Manager. This is a full- and part-time, 1st and 2nd shift position with pay based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Daily work hours may vary.

POSITION SUMMARY:

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to help oversee custodial operations in Pender County Schools between multiple locations within the same school district.

As a Site Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, and work to resolve any issues that need immediate attention. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Supervisor will report to the Account Manager.
