Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a leadership-focused professional to run day-to-day biomedical equipment services across hospital partners. You will align staffing, priorities, and resources to ensure reliable service and strong hospital partnerships.

You will coach technicians, guide performance, and translate KPIs into actions that improve efficiency in a clinical engineering environment. This role blends hands-on work with big-picture planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.
