Job summary

TRIMEDX in the United States is seeking a Senior Field Technician to diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily. You will lead field service, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp while mentoring teammates and translating technical updates for nurses, doctors, and leadership.

The role combines hands-on problem solving with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working with medical equipment in clinical engineering or healthcare technology management.
  • CE experience and ability to lead and influence others.
  • 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience; certifications may substitute.
  • Certifications like A+, CBET, CRES, or CLES preferred.
  • Strong computer, networking, and troubleshooting skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily.
  • Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp.
