Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a leader in biomedical equipment and clinical engineering to guide hospital operations and ensure readiness for inspections. You will collaborate with teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance with data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to quality in patient care, with opportunities for growth within national programs and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
  • Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor's a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

  • Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
  • Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
  • Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
  • Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.
