Job summary

Trimedx in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced leader to run the Altoona biomedical equipment operations, aligning staffing, priorities, and resources to ensure reliable service delivery.

You will coach technicians, monitor performance with KPIs, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement to readiness for inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Leadership or team guidance experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
