Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a senior clinical engineering leader to run a multi-site operation with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee budgets, drive uptime, ensure regulatory readiness, and develop leaders across sites.

You will partner with hospital executives to translate data into action and elevate service quality while mentoring teams to superior performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

  • Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
