Job summary

Trimedx is looking for a senior leader to own a clinical engineering operation where decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact.

You’ll oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance while building a high-performing team and delivering measurable improvements in uptime, compliance, and service. You’ll collaborate with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections and drive organizational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
  • Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

What You Need

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $99,400-$164,000 for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
