Trimedx is recruiting for a leadership role located in Altoona, PA, where operations meet patient care. You will lead a team of technicians, align resources, and drive performance while partnering with hospitals to ensure readiness for inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required).
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
