Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a Supervisor-level, full-time, exempt position at Torrey Pines Surgical Specialties in La Jolla, CA. This salaried role is eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP), with Monday–Friday hours 8am–5pm and extended hours as needed. Travel to other sites may be required.

The role oversees General Surgery, Head & Neck Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Vascular Surgery departments, ensuring staffing and policy compliance while optimizing resources.

Job description

This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with extended hours as needed. Located at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines in La Jolla with travel to other sites as needed. This is an exempt and salaried position eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) at the Supervisor level.
