Providence Medical Group Southeast Washington is seeking a Supervisor to provide operational and management support to providers, staff and patients under the direction of the assigned Manager. Caregivers are expected to perform duties independently and according to PMG policies, reflecting the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of medical office experience with prior supervisor or lead responsibilities.
• Preferred degrees in business or healthcare administration.
• Experience with EMR systems.

• Provide operational and management support to PMG providers, staff and patients.
• Promote team concept and reflect Providence mission and values.
• Work under the direction of assigned Manager and follow PMG policies.

The role of Supervisor is to provide operational and management support to the benefit of PMG providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Manager. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Caregivers are expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established PMG policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Or
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3 years Medical office experience with previous experience as a supervisor or lead
• Previous EMR experience
