Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead the Referrals Department, overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure timely patient care. You will partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes affecting referrals, authorizations, billing and reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
• Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited institution Or related years of experience.
• 2 years Experience in Revenue Cycle.
• 2 years Managing referrals, and authorizations.
• Experience working in physician billing, referrals to revenue cycle.
