Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join the Permanency team. You will lead and support a team of case managers, collaborating with court systems to help children reunite with families or attain permanent homes.

A qualified candidate has an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and licensure. Training is provided.

• Requires an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, OR a BA in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers working with children and families.
• Coordinate with court systems to ensure services and permanency for children.
