Job Description

SUMMARY

Supervises and coordinates activities of the Customer Service Department. Must have reliable transportation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Ability to supervise and work across multiple sites.
2. Hiring and terminating staff.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Staff training and evaluations.
5. Enforcement of policies, procedures, and security protocols.
6. Prepares monthly staff schedules and work plans to expedite workflows.
7. Maintain client relationships across multiple sites and follow up on requests.
8. Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
9. Assign duties and review work for accuracy.
10. Balance all daily transactions and complete weekly payroll.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two years of college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively in small groups.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to calculate discounts, interest, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Problem-solving skills, data collection, and ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
• Physical ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and good vision.
