Role Summary

Responsible for helping to create an unparalleled dining experience under management guidelines. Provides excellent customer service by building relationships and fostering a positive store environment. Performs cashier duties accurately and efficiently, and maintains cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.

Role Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Establishes warm and sincere contact with each customer.
2. Provides exceptional customer service in line with professional standards.
3. Utilizes product knowledge and operates POS terminals to complete transactions quickly and accurately.
4. Collaborates with coworkers and supervisors on product knowledge, POS issues, and customer concerns.
5. Maintains confidentiality and alerts management to non-routine situations, keeping loss prevention in mind.
6. Checks menu boards for accuracy and cleanliness before service.
7. Ensures the dining room is clean during service, picks up trash, and keeps tray racks organized.
8. At the end of service, cleans tables, sweeps floors, and removes trash and tray racks from the dining area.
9. Maintains cleanliness of front-of-house areas as directed, including registers, condiment tables, and dining room floors.
10. Provides consistent quality beverages and food according to standards.
11. Maintains a calm demeanor during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and set a positive example.
12. Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for products and equipment.
13. Possesses working knowledge of beverage programs and can prepare and serve products to standards.

• Good listening skills, ability to follow directions, and positive attitude towards feedback.
• Good motor skills to stand, reach, lean, bend, and stoop during shifts.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Pay Range
