Job summary

Envisant is seeking a Supervisor, Card Services to oversee daily operations of the Cards Department and guide staff to deliver fast, accurate support to member credit unions and partners.

You will balance and maintain card systems, coordinate transitions, and enforce card network compliance while building strong relationships with processors and clients. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and collaboration within a finance services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in financial institution/payment industry.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership and collaboration strengths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Cards Department.
• Assign work and schedules for member service representatives.
• Coach and develop staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (balancing and workflow/user maintenance).
• Coordinate support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service.
• Serve as escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; maintain compliance with card network rules.
• Build strong business relationships; participate in partner-led training for new products.

Your Mission

As Supervisor, Card Services, you'll keep Envisant's card programs, products, and services running at full throttle-so member credit unions and partners get fast, accurate support when it matters most.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for the Cards Department; assigning work and schedules for member service representatives; coaching and developing staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission; providing technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (including balancing and workflow/user maintenance); coordinating support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service; serving as an escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners; communicating clearly in writing and verbally; ensuring compliance with card network rules and regulations; building strong business relationships; and participating in partner-led training tied to new product development.
