Job summary

Envisant is seeking a Supervisor, Card Services to oversee daily Card Department operations and guide a team of member service representatives in delivering fast, accurate support to member credit unions and partners.

The role requires leadership, supervisory experience, and readiness to ensure compliance with card network rules while coordinating transitions and providing system guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in financial institutions/payments.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

As Supervisor, Card Services, you'll keep Envisant's card programs, products, and services running at full throttle-so member credit unions and partners get fast, accurate support when it matters most.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for the Cards Department; assigning work and schedules for member service representatives; coaching and developing staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission; providing technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (including balancing and workflow/user maintenance); coordinating support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service; serving as an escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners; communicating clearly in writing and verbally; ensuring compliance with card network rules and regulations; building strong business relationships; and participating in partner-led training tied to new product development.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Bachelor's degree or recognized industry equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience
• Financial institution/payment industry experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Leadership, teamwork, and collaboration strengths
• Experience with RingCentral, FIS systems, and Salesforce
