ABM is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the Project Manager by overseeing daily janitorial operations across assigned sites. You will lead frontline teams during night shifts and assist with weekend project execution.

You will help ensure service quality, safety compliance, payroll accuracy, and strong communication between staff, management, and clients, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Job description

The Assistant Supervisor supports the Project Manager in overseeing daily janitorial operations across assigned sites. This role works closely with frontline teams, provides hands‑on leadership during night‑shift operations, and assists with weekend project execution. The Assistant Supervisor helps ensure service quality, safety compliance, accurate payroll processing, and strong communication between staff, management, and clients.

Compensation: $55,000 per year salary (U.S. Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
