ABM is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned facilities in Garner, NC. You will drive service excellence, staff development, and contractual compliance while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

As the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, you will build strong relationships, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance services.

Job description

The Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned facilities , ensuring service excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, delivering high-quality services in alignment with contract requirements while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-430 PM (There can be some flexibility in days/hours)

Pay $75,000-$80,000
